Reflections on Stress

I often find myself feeling stressed about life, work, my future, my career, my relationships, my goals, and the list goes on and on… I’ve recently realized though that I may perceive myself as making more progress or being more productive if I’m being driven by stress. I think subconsciously I feel that I’m not being attentive enough, or bringing resolution to an issue if I am too carefree. It’s as if my inner-self *needs* to stress in order to feel I am dealing with the issue. Obviously this is flawed thinking because clearly I can be more effective in life and better deal with tasks at hand without being a stress-case! Hopefully acknowledging this will help me to breathe, relax and take things in stride!
